Kyle Turley, a current Gridiron Greats Board of Directors Member, former New Orleans Saints, St. Louis Rams and Kansas City Chiefs standout has given back so much to retired players and the Gridiron Greats on a daily basis.
Turley was drafted by the Saints 7th overall in 1995 out of San Diego State University. He was a 1st Team All-Pro in the 2000 season and was named 2nd Team All-Pro in 2003.Turley has had some of his own post career injury issues and has appeared before Congress after early detection of his post-career diagnosis of developing Chronic Traumatic Encephalopathy as the result of head injuries sustained during his playing career. During his playing days Kyle donated his full game check to the Gridiron Greats and has been fighting for us ever since.
After retiring from football, Turley moved to Nashville, Tennessee, where he set his sights on a music career. He has released three critically acclaimed and commercially successful albums, which all include songs about his football career. Kyle donates portion of the music proceeds to Gridiron Greats.
