NFL Player Care Foundation
This program is designed to assist vested players with health care and quality of life, life insurance, spine care, joint repair, assisted living, and prescription drug benefits. To obtain forms, call the NFL at 800-635-4625.
NFL Alumni Dire Need Fund
The Dire Need Fund helps vested NFL players, coaches, and their families with life necessities, such as mortgages, including second mortgages, car loans and rent. To obtain forms for the NFL Alumni Dire Need Fund, call the NFL at 800-878-5437.
The 88 Plan
If the player has loss of memory, attention, speaking, coordination, problem-solving, or shows signs of dementia, they may qualify for the 88 Plan benefit. To obtain forms for the 88 Plan, call the NFL at 800-638-3186.
Bert Bell/Pete Rozelle NFL Player Retirement Plan
